Data Deletion Instructions

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data associated with our platform at any time. When you delete your data, we will remove:

• Your account information and profile data
• All connected platform tokens and credentials
• Uploaded knowledge documents
• Generated content history
• Analytics and tracking data

How to Submit a Request

1. Via Email: Send a deletion request to privacy@sabar.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
2. In-App: You can disconnect platform connections and delete your knowledge documents directly from the platform settings

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been removed from our systems.

Facebook Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook account through our platform and wish to remove your data, you can:

1. Disconnect Facebook from the Platform Connections section in our app
2. Remove our app from your Facebook App Settings
3. Contact us at privacy@sabar.ai for complete data removal
